ANGLETERRE, 4 oct. 2014 (AMP) — Troisième succès d'affilé pour Accrington Stanley qui fait à nouveau preuve d'un grand réalisme. Après les victoires contre Northampton et Plymouth, Stanley poursuit sur sa lancée en s'imposant 1-0 samedi à l'extérieur face à Mansfield, dans le cadre de la 11ème journée de la quatrième division anglaise.
Tout s'est joué en première période avec le but de Joyce sur pénalty à la 10e minute.
Avec 16 points au compteur, Accrington Stanley passe désormais de la 16ème à la 11ème place du classement, à égalité de point avec le dixième Cheltenham.
