D3 anglaise (18e journée) : Sheffield United s'impose face à Shrewsbury Town 2 à 1
ANGLETERRE, 19 nov. 2016 (AMP) — Troisième succès d'affilé pour Sheffield United qui fait à nouveau preuve d'un grand réalisme. Après les victoires contre les MK Dons et Chesterfield, les “Blades” poursuivent sur leur lancée en s'imposant 2-1 samedi à Bramall Lane face à Shrewsbury, à l'occasion de la 18ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Sheffield United a dominé la première période grâce aux buts de Sharp Billy (8e) et Scougall Stefan (24e). Menés 2-0 à la pause, le but de Dodds Louis à la 72e minute ne permettra pas aux joueurs de Shrewsbury Town de revenir au score.
Avec 34 points au compteur, Sheffield United passe désormais de la 3ème à la 2ème place du classement, à 6 points du premier Scunthorpe United avec de surcroît un match d'avance.
