ANGLETERRE, 18 oct. 2016 (AMP) — Deuxième succès d'affilé pour Fleetwood Town qui fait à nouveau preuve d'un grand réalisme. Vainqueur contre Peterborough United le 15 octobre dernier, la “Cod Army” poursuit sur sa lancée en s'imposant 1-0 mardi à l'extérieur face à Chesterfield, à l'occasion de la 14ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Tout s'est joué en première période avec le but de Mclaughlin Conor à la 41e minute.
Avec 19 points au compteur, Fleetwood Town passe désormais de la 13ème à la 11ème place du classement, à seulement un point du dixième les Bristol Rovers.
