ANGLETERRE, 7 oct. 2017 (AMP) — Troisième succès d'affilé pour Wigan Athletic qui fait à nouveau preuve d'un grand réalisme. Après les victoires contre Plymouth et Walsall, les Latics poursuivent sur leur lancée en s'imposant 2-1 samedi à l'extérieur face à Scunthorpe, à l'occasion de la 12ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Après 45 minutes de jeu, Wigan Athletic et Scunthorpe United n'auront pas réussi à se départager. 0-0 à la pause, tout s'est décidé en seconde période avec les buts de Burn Dan (51e) et Powell Nick (74e).
