D3 anglaise (25e journée) : Bradford City s'impose face à Northampton Town 2 à 1
ANGLETERRE, 2 jan. 2017 (AMP) — Après une série de quatre matchs nuls, contre Charlton Athletic, Walsall, Scunthorpe United puis Bury, les Bantams renouent avec le succès en s'imposant 2-1 lundi à l'extérieur face à Northampton, à l'occasion de la 25ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Northampton Town avait pourtant bien entamé la rencontre en prenant l'avantage à la 39e minute grâce au but de Revell Alex. Menés 1-0 à la pause, les joueurs de Bradford City sont cependant parvenus à inverser le cours du match en marquant à deux reprises en seconde période (Marshall Mark 73e et Hiwula Jordy 86e).
Avec 42 points au compteur, Bradford City se maintient à la 5ème place du classement, à 3 points du quatrième Rochdale.
