ANGLETERRE, 17 sep. 2016 (AMP) — Après 2 matchs nuls contre Bradford City et Coventry City, les Lions se sont inclinés 3-1 contre Southend United samedi après-midi , lors de la 8ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Mooney David a ouvert le score à la 6e minute, avant de voir Millwall égaliser à la 33e grâce à O Brien Aiden. 1-1 à la pause. Southend United l'a finalement remporté en seconde période grâce aux buts de Mclaughlin Stephen (50e) et O Neill Luke (87e).
Avec 12 points au compteur, Millwall passe désormais de la 5ème à la 8ème place du classement, à égalité de point avec le septième Fleetwood Town.
