ANGLETERRE, 30 aoû. 2014 (AMP) — Quatrième victoire de la saison pour Peterborough United qui confirme sa grande forme. Vainqueurs contre Bradford City le 23 août dernier, les “Posh” poursuivent sur leur lancée en s'imposant 3-1 samedi à l'extérieur face à Colchester, dans le cadre de la 5ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Peterborough United a dominé la première période grâce aux buts de Washington (21e) et Ntlhe (25e). Menant 2-0 à la pause, les joueurs de Peterborough United ont encore accru leur avantage en seconde période avec un but d'Anderson à la 77e minute.
Avec 12 points, Peterborough United prend la tête du classement, seulement un point devant le second Fleetwood Town.
