ANGLETERRE, 29 sep. 2015 (AMP) — Cinquième victoire de la saison pour Accrington Stanley qui confirme sa grande forme. Après les victoires contre les Bristol Rovers, l'Exeter et Crawley, Stanley poursuit sur sa lancée en s'imposant 2-1 mardi à domicile face à Yeovil, lors de la 10ème journée de la quatrième division anglaise.
Windass Josh a ouvert le score à la 8e minute, avant de voir Yeovil Town égaliser à la 35e grâce à Sheehan Josh. 1-1 à la pause. Accrington Stanley l'a finalement remporté en seconde période grâce au but de Crooks Matt à la 54e minute.
Avec 19 points, Accrington Stanley passe désormais de la 5ème à la 4ème place du classement, à égalité de point avec le troisième Portsmouth.
