ANGLETERRE, 17 oct. 2017 (AMP) — Après 3 victoires d'affilées contre Northampton Town, Rochdale et Scunthorpe United, les “Millers” se sont inclinés 3-1 contre l'AFC Wimbledon mardi soir , à l'occasion de la 14ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Triplé de Taylor Lyle
L'AFC Wimbledon a dominé la première période grâce au but de Taylor Lyle à la 15e minute. Menant 1-0 à la pause, les Londoniens ont encore accru leur avantage en seconde période en marquant à deux reprises (Taylor Lyle 85e, 90e).
Avec 24 points, Rotherham United se maintient à la 4ème place du classement, à 3 points du troisième Bradford City.
