D3 anglaise : Bradford City bat Chesterfield et termine la saison à la 5ème place
ANGLETERRE, 8 mai. 2016 (AMP) — Troisième succès d'affilé pour Bradford City qui fait à nouveau preuve d'un grand réalisme. Après les victoires contre Walsall et Southend, les Bantams poursuivent sur leur lancée en s'imposant 2-0 dimanche au stade de Valley Parade face à Chesterfield, à l'occasion de la 46ème et dernière journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Bradford City a dominé la première période grâce au but d'Evans Lee dès la 7e minute. Menant 1-0 à la pause, les joueurs de Bradford City ont encore accru leur avantage en seconde période avec un but de Clarke Billy à 3 minutes de la fin.
Avec 80 points au compteur, Bradford City termine 5ème au classement général. Chesterfield se classe 18ème.
