ANGLETERRE, 16 aoû. 2014 (AMP) — Après le match nul contre Notts County le 9 août dernier, les Lilywhites renouent avec le succès en s'imposant 4-0 samedi à l'extérieur face à Scunthorpe, à l'occasion de la 2ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Doublé de Garner
Preston a dominé la première période grâce aux buts de Garner (17e) et Llera (39e contre son camp). Menant 2-0 à la pause, les joueurs de Preston ont encore accru leur avantage en seconde période en marquant à deux reprises (Humphrey 48e et Garner 82e).
Avec 4 points, Preston passe désormais de la 12ème à la 6ème place du classement, à 2 points du cinquième Crawley Town.
