D2 anglaise (4e journée) : Leeds United s'impose face à Sunderland 2 à 0
ANGLETERRE, 19 aoû. 2017 (AMP) — Après une série de deux matchs nuls, contre Preston puis Fulham, les Whites renouent avec le succès en s'imposant 2-0 samedi au Stadium of Light face à Sunderland, à l'occasion de la 4ème journée de la deuxième division anglaise.
Leeds United a dominé la première période grâce au but de son attaquant espagnol Saiz Samuel à la 21e minute. Menant 1-0 à la pause, les joueurs de Leeds United ont encore accru leur avantage en seconde période avec un but de Dallas à la 76e minute.
Avec 8 points, Leeds United passe désormais de la 7ème à la 5ème place du classement, à seulement un point du quatrième Nottingham Forest.
