ANGLETERRE, 11 fév. 2017 (AMP) — Après le match nul contre Brentford le 5 février dernier, les Mouettes renouent avec le succès en s'imposant 4-1 samedi à domicile face à Burton, dans le cadre de la 31ème journée de la deuxième division anglaise.
Doublé de Tomer Hemed
Brighton & Hove Albion a dominé la première période grâce au but de son attaquant israëlien Tomer Hemed à la 12e minute. Menant 1-0 à la pause, les Brightonais ont encore accru leur avantage en seconde période en marquant à trois reprises (Baldock 47e, Hemed 57e/pénalty et Murray 83e).
Avec 64 points, Brighton & Hove Albion prend la tête du classement, 2 points devant le second Newcastle à qui il reste cependant un match à jouer.
