ANGLETERRE, 16 aoû. 2016 (AMP) — Deuxième succès d'affilé pour Brighton & Hove Albion qui fait à nouveau preuve d'un grand réalisme. Vainqueurs contre Nottingham Forest le 12 août dernier, les Mouettes poursuivent sur leur lancée en s'imposant 3-0 mardi à domicile face à Rotherham, dans le cadre de la 3ème journée de la deuxième division anglaise.
Brighton & Hove Albion a dominé la première période grâce aux buts de Knockaert (23e) et Murray (26e). Menant 2-0 à la pause, les Brightonais ont encore accru leur avantage en seconde période avec un but de Hemed sur pénalty à la 58e minute.
Avec 7 points au compteur, Brighton & Hove Albion prend la tête du classement, à égalité de point avec le second Norwich.
