D3 anglaise (44e journée) : Shrewsbury l'emporte sur Gillingham 3-2
ANGLETERRE, 23 avr. 2016 (AMP) — Après leur défaite 1-2 contre Sheffield United du 19 avril dernier, les “Shrews” renouent avec le succès en s'imposant 3-2 samedi à l'extérieur face à Gillingham, dans le cadre de la 44ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Kaikai Sullay a ouvert le score à la 16e minute, avant de voir Gillingham égaliser à la 45e grâce à Mcdonald Cody. 1-1 à la pause. Shrewsbury Town l'a finalement remporté en seconde période grâce aux buts de Mangan Andrew (56e) et Akpa Akpro Jean-louis (81e).
Avec 69 points, Gillingham passe désormais de la 6ème à la 7ème place du classement, à un point du sixième Barnsley.
