ANGLETERRE, 1er mar. 2016 (AMP) — Rien ne va plus pour Gillingham avec cette 3ème défaite consécutive. Déjà battus par Oldham Athletic puis par Chesterfield, les “Gills” se sont inclinés 2-1 contre Fleetwood Town mardi soir , lors de la 34ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.

Tout s'est joué en première période avec les buts de Burns Wes (3e) et Ameobi Shola (9e).

Avec 58 points au compteur, Gillingham passe désormais de la 3ème à la 4ème place du classement, à un point du troisième Walsall à qui il reste cependant un match à jouer.
