ANGLETERRE, 24 nov. 2015 (AMP) — Après ses défaites 2-1 contre Swindon Town et 0-2 contre Bradford City, “The Iron” renoue avec le succès en s'imposant 2-1 mardi à l'extérieur face à Bury, à l'occasion de la 19ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Scunthorpe United a dominé la première période grâce au but de Madden Paddy sur pénalty à la 12e minute. Menant 1-0 à la pause, les joueurs de Scunthorpe United ont encore accru leur avantage en seconde période avec un but de Williams Luke à 4 minutes de la fin.
Avec 30 points au compteur, Bury passe désormais de la 6ème à la 9ème place du classement, à égalité de point avec le huitième Southend United.
