ANGLETERRE, 5 sep. 2014 (AMP) — Après une série de trois matchs nuls, contre Barnsley, les Milton Keynes Dons puis Swindon Town, les “Sky Blues” renouent avec le succès en s'imposant 1-0 vendredi à domicile face à Gillingham, dans le cadre de la 6ème journée de la troisième division anglaise.
Tout s'est joué en première période avec le but de Nouble à la 10e minute.
Avec 9 points, Coventry City passe de la 15ème à la 8ème place du classement, à égalité de point avec le septième Preston à qui il reste cependant un match à jouer.
