ANGLETERRE, 7 fév. 2017 (AMP) — Les Canaries ont décroché le nul 2-2 face à Wigan Athletic mardi soir, à l'occasion de la 29ème journée de la deuxième division anglaise.
Les joueurs de Norwich avaient bien entamé la rencontre avec le but de l'attaquant portugais Oliveira Nelson à la 40e minute. Mais alors qu'ils menaient 1-0 à la pause, et malgré le but de Dijks Mitchell (73e) en seconde période, ils n'ont pu empêcher Wigan Athletic de revenir au score avec le doublé de Bogle Omar aux 62e et 68e minutes.
Avec 47 points, Norwich passe désormais de la 8ème à la 7ème place du classement, à 2 points du sixième Sheffield Wednesday à qui il reste cependant un match à jouer.
