ANGLETERRE, 24 fév. 2015 (AMP) — 8ème victoire de la saison pour Brighton & Hove Albion qui confirme sa grande forme. Vainqueurs contre Birmingham City le 21 février dernier, les Mouettes poursuivent sur leur lancée en s'imposant 2-0 mardi à domicile face à Leeds United, dans le cadre de la 33ème journée de la deuxième division anglaise.
Brighton & Hove Albion a dominé la première période grâce au but de son attaquant Sam Baldock à la 26e minute. Menant 1-0 à la pause, les Brightonais ont encore accru leur avantage en seconde période avec un but de Calderón à la 63e minute.
Avec 41 points, Leeds United passe de la 11ème à la 14ème place du classement, à égalité de point avec le 13ème Cardiff.
